It always amazes us when patients ask if we're accepting new patients. The answer is ABSOLUTELY! What we've found is our best patients come from people like you. In an effort to reward you for your thoughtful referrals, we have a big screen TV we'll be raffling off.

Effective immediately: Refer family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc., to our office and receive entries into a drawing for a Vizio 55" LED Smart TV.

 

The good news is that the more you refer, the more you're rewarded. Here's how it works:

Refer one person and receive 1 entry.

Your second referral will earn you 5 entries into the drawing.

A third referral of an active patient will earn 10 entries.

Referrals 4 and above will score you a cool 20 entries per active patient.

And, VIP patients, don't forget that you get double entries into drawings!

The drawing will be held Monday, March 3, 2014  which gives you just enough time to get the big screen up and running for March Madness!
